75% Merlot - 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
Nice deep garnet-red color. Powerful nose of blackberry, blackcurrant and black pepper with subtle notes of cacao and truffle. The mouth is complex, harmonious and generous with silky tannins, dominated by black cherry.
A perfect match for steak tartare, grilled red meat
Serve at 16-18°C (61-64°F)

Bordeaux rosé

100% Cabernet Franc
A nice pale pink color. The nose is subtle and expressive with notes of strawberry and grapefruits and hints of blueberry/lavender. The mouth is vividness with some notes of exotic fruits and litchis until the end, long lasting and boiled.
A perfect match for poultry, gambas and deli meats

Bordeaux Blanc

75% Sauvignon - 25% Sémillon
Nice and brilliant pale yellow color. Fruity on the nose with white peach, fresh pear, honeysuckle and mango notes with hints of mint. Mouth is frank and full with a blowout of mango, pear and peach. Beautiful balance with long lasting and vividness on the end.
